‘A Search to Find Balance Through Strength’ 2023-
An ongoing project to documenting people in a state of ‘ flow ’ from dancers at Trinity Laban Conservatoire to professional boxers met at Rathone Bone Boxing , and artists.
‘ Finding flow in your everyday routine is important to feel good, and a building block to combat mental health illness. I like to freeze these moemnts and extend thier life, so others can enjoy ther moemnt.’
